Lymington's Natural Health Hub is a Venus Award finalist!
Worthy recognition for Lymington's new centre of complementary health
We’re delighted to announce that Lymington's Natural Health Hub has reached the finals of the 2017 Venus Awards in Hampshire.
Out of 29 entrants for the New Business category, The Natural Health Hub’s owner, Sue Leach, is one of the final three nominations for this prestigious award. Dubbed the ‘Working Women’s Oscars’ by Channel 4, the Venus Awards were established in 2009 to acknowledge and celebrate successful women in business.
‘After three months since our launch it feels like a lovely pat on the back for all the team’s hard work,’ says Sue. ‘It’s also affirmation that there’s a real need for the holistic complementary services we’re offering for women and children here in the New Forest.
‘Part of The Hub’s vision is that it empowers women and gives them the courage to do something bolder and live life to the full, which is very much in line with what the Venus Awards are all about. So often mums put everything into caring for their families, putting their children first, and completely forget to look after themselves.’
Next for the Venus Awards will come a round of interviews. Judges will visit The Hub and give Sue the opportunity to outline the concept of her business, explain how it works and answer detailed questions on her plans for the future.
The winner of the New Business category will be announced in November. Watch this space…!
