Careys Manor Hotel & SenSpa in Brockenhurst is pleased to announce a brand new addition to its mouth-watering afternoon tea menu this summer.

The Sweet As Honey Summer Afternoon Tea offers a special taste of nature: the cakes and pastries are all made with honey sourced from the Careys own on-site bee hives.

(The bees themselves are safely tucked away in their hives!)

Between 2 and 4pm until 30 September and for just £28 per person, you can:

• Sip from a selection of Birchalls’ finest silk prism teas or fair trade coffee and
• Feast upon a selection of cakes and pastries including honey and lavender macaroon, honey and almond tart, and honeycomb choux
• As well as fruit & plain scones served with butter, jam and clotted cream, and
• Finger sandwiches including ham and grain mustard, smoked salmon, egg and cress, and cream cheese and cucumber
