Joans' Speedy Crab Soup - Cooking time of 5 minutes!
Ingredients
- 1 pint of chicken stock
- 1 tin of creamed sweet corn
- Fresh ground black pepper
- Sea salt
- 1lb Fresh White Crabmeat
- Single cream
Method
Heat the chicken stock and add the creamed sweet corn.
Season to taste.
Add the crabmeat and bring just to the boil.
Serve at once and drizzle each bowl with a little cream (& optional chopped parsley)
