Boasting arguably the best range of gym equipment for miles around, the health and leisure club at Elmers Court proposes the perfect gym for serious gym enthusiasts – as confirmed by several die hard gym fanatics whom we know! There’s also a lovely indoor pool which is perfect for leisure and relaxation as well as serious swimming. Adjacent to the indoor pool are the sauna and steam room, which you can combine with your exertions in the pool or simply use to relax and unwind after hard exercise in the gym.
Linger and chat in the bar and restaurant
The Scottish Steak House is the informal Elmers Court bar and restaurant which serves hot and cold drinks and snacks throughout the day. It’s right next door to the leisure club and offers a large open area with tables and comfy chairs and sofas for relaxing and reclining. If it’s a fine day you’ll also enjoy the warmth of the sun streaming in through the full height windows. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a snack and chat after exercise.

Together with your free trial membership you’re entitled to a personalised assessment and fitness plan. Decide what your goals are, from losing weight to toning up, feeling fit or looking great. Your plan will be devised to help you achieve them! And the health club support team is on hand all the time to offer guidance, support and advice.
Elemis Spa for beauty - massage, facials and other beauty treatments
Next door to the leisure club is the Elemis spa, offering massage, facials, and a host of other beauty treatments to pamper body and soul. Including, as of June - the convenience of the cosmetic treatment Botox available at extremely competitive rates. The service cost will be Botox £125 for one area, £200 for 2 areas and £275 for 3 areas. The service charge for Fillers will be £250 per 1ml syringe, if 2 x 1ml syringe purchased at same time then £450.
