Adam Seal & family have for many years provided high quality meat and game in Lymington. "Hi I’m Adam your only independent butcher in Lymington. My wife Janet and I run the business, myself being in the trade for over 30 years. Conveniently situated in the Angel Courtyard we are 20 yards from Lymington High Street and 30 yards from the car park behind Tesco. Why not pop in and try our highest quality beef, lamb, pork and chicken but to name a few things."

Locally reared, quality meat

Our wonderful beef comes from a farm less than 2 miles away from the shop, in Pennington. Whether you are looking for a simple rump steak for supper or a great big rib of beef on the bone, pay us a visit. All our pork, lamb and chickens are English.

Homemade sausages

All our sausages are made on the premises. We make 7 variety of pork sausages. They are:

• Cumberland pork (sage)
• Lincolnshire pork (black pepper)
• Old English pork (herb)
• Pork and leek
• Pork chipolatas

Or why not be daring and try our Hot Spanish pork, or Venison and red wine sausages. Not forgetting those of you who are gluten free we also do a pork sausage for you. Great for BBQs or why not give them a go at breakfast with our unsmoked or smoked bacon and free range eggs.

Homemade burgers

These are also great for the BBQ or an easy meal choose from

Cooked ham

We cook our ham on the premises. Lovely in a sandwich or a nice ham salad very tasty. Whether you are catering for yourself or a large party come in and have a look. We will try our best to advise you on different cuts and amounts you need. Also if you are looking for something different or cannot see it in the shop we can usually order it in especially for you.

Phone in advance with large orders eg for parties. Bacon is fantabulously tasty. And stock up on local free range eggs when you visit – and take your empty egg boxes when you pass by.  It just makes sense...
