Dementia support group and drop in sessions at the Coates Centre 

For people with dementia with partners and carers

Held at the Coates Centre, Lower Pennington Lane, Lymington 10.30 am - 12 noon

Hosted by the Coates Centre Dementia Support Group in partnership with Lymington Dementia Action Group

1st Tuesday of every month:  support group

For anybody living with dementia in the community together with husbands, wives, carers and other family members, this is a lovely monthly opportunity to meet up with others in the same situation and  share experiences, and to find out more information about the support available in our community.

3rd Tuesday of every month:  informal drop in session

Similar to the above but more of a relaxed drop-in session -  just come along for a cuppa and a chat.

The Coates Centre -  a perfect venue!

The Coates Centre is a  wonderful light and airy place!  It's located within the beautiful gardens of Oakhaven Hospice.  Come and relax awhile with us, you'll be warmly welcomed, served with refreshments and surrounded by kindness and support.

There's plenty of parking outside too.

There's no need to book, just come along when you feel able to join in.
