We run a Stand Up Paddle Boarding Club which goes out on social paddles every week all year long!

Its FREE to become a member just drop us an e-mail and we will add you to the list of paddlers.

Our locations and days change every week and we send out a weekly e-mail to keep you up to date with planned sessions.

Winters tend to be weekends and in the summer we have week day sunrise and sunset sessions.

All these paddles are social paddles and as such we require you to have previous experience on a SUP.

If you have your own we require you have 3rd party insurance on your board and be happy in the conditions.

If you dont have your own board then it is 20 to hire a board for the paddle.

We hold a range of Starboard SUP's giving you a chance to try out the worlds best brand and all the different shapes and styles!

Keyhaven, Lymington, Christchurch, Avon Beach, Beaulieu River, and Mudeford
