Although our drop-in Coates Centre is currently closed for all its usual activities, the Oakhaven Wellbeing team is still actively working to provide support however we can at this time through a range of free virtual workshops to support your wellbeing, and particularly if you are living with a life limiting illness or coping with bereavement.
Oakhaven’s Complementary Therapy team has put together a range of wellbeing workshops which are available via zoom over the coming weeks.
Our ‘Learning to Relax’ workshop takes place on a Tuesday between 3pm and 4pm over 3 weeks. The team offers insights into the benefits of relaxation, what makes relaxation difficult, ways complementary therapies may help and learning a simple relaxation script. Each session ends with a guided relaxation.
