Dynamic vinyasa yoga with Varvara at The Natural Health Hub, Lymington

Health and Wellbeing Events
Date: Wednesday, 30 October 09:00 - 10:00

Venue: The Natural Health Hub

On Wednesday mornings from 9am-10am, come and join one of our latest members of the team, Varvara Dranidis leading a dynamic vinyasa flow that is suitable for all levels.

Varvara has practised yoga for 20 years and now teaches classes and workshops in the New Forest area. Inspired by her mother’s passion and both sisters becoming yoga teachers, she too decided to become qualified and teaches with a beautiful selection of dynamic vinyasa, hatha/vinyasa, restorative, yin and yoga nidra.

Varvara also started up a successful yoga and wellness holiday in Greece ( 14 years ago alongside her husband’s renowned sailing centre Wildwind, which continues to flourish.

A mother of two children, she has a deep interest in spirituality and Buddhist teachings and has recently returned from a solo adventure to Bhutan where she discovered new practices in meditation/puja (repetition of mantras with mala), hiking to sacred monasteries at 4000m and teachings by Lamas. Please ask her about it any time as she would love to share this with you.

'I create my classes to be accessible to all. I have a natural caring nature and love to share yoga with like-minded people.'

Varvara’s dynamic vinyasa yoga is a beautiful mix of strengthening but also softening and releasing asanas (poses) to encourage you to let go. Incorporating breath work (pranayama), alignment, mindfulness and challenges for focus and fun… As Varvara is also a qualified massage therapist she always finishes savasana (relaxation) with a deeply soothing head and neck adjust to relax you further.

Classes are £10 each, payable directly to Varvara.
