Last year, Daphne Johnston, Chair of the Friends had the fabulous idea of the Christmas Tree Festival in the church, to launch the St Thomas Cupola Appeal. The Festival was beautiful and was such a success that it's being repeated this Chrismas with more events taking place while it's on, over a longer weekend too.

This year's Festival is being opened on Friday morning  by the Robin Choir from Lymington Infant School (10-11.30am) - which based on last year will be FABULOUS and bring tears to many eyes!

It's then open to view (and take in the wonderful scent!) all day, then  from 10am on Saturday 10 December, from midday on Sunday 11 December, and from 10am on Monday 12 December and Tuesday 13 December.

This is the programme of events over the weekend:

A violin will be played amongst the trees by the wonderful lady who runs the sessions "Music for peple with dementia and their carers".  This will be very special - do spread the word and bring relatives, friends with dementia to enjoy an event especially for them.
