Chef Dylan James is delighted to demonstrate his culinary expertise and passion for creating flavours that captivate the palate. Hearty and seasonal delights include perfectly pink roast sirloin of beef served with goose fat roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables and a rich red wine jus, and roast pork belly served with caramelised apple and pearly pink roast Roscoff onions, famous since the 17th century for their unique, mellow taste.
