As many of you will already have spotted, the lawyers at Scott Bailey love the festive season! In fact this year they love it so much that that they've turned the windows of their Lymington offices in the High Street into a giant advent calendar. As our leading local firm of solicitors, Scott Bailey is also a big believer in playing its part in the community. And in keeping with the 12 Days of Christmas, we report on 12 of the team's community highlights from the year.

On the First Day of Christmas
The team celebrated Emily Drew and Michal Kampa qualifying as solicitors, and Merrin Kitcher qualifying as a fully-fledged chartered legal executive.
On the Second Day of Christmas
Scott Bailey opened its beautiful new office at 4 Romsey Road in Lyndhurst, now furnished with some amazing works by artists Penny Lamprell, Frances Mason, and Evelyn Bartlett who are all part of the New Forest Marque Inspired Selection. 'Thank you so much to Kate Smith at the Marque for helping to tie it together for us!'
On the Third Day of Christmas
Back in July Scott Bailey sponsored the North Ring at the New Forest Show, and enjoyed seeing many friends and clients of the firm across the course of the event.
On the Fourth Day of Christmas
Scott Bailey held its annual bonfire party in the garden, welcoming many local professionals and estate agents for an evening of networking around the campfire.
On the Fifth Day of Christmas
Scott Bailey launched its new marine pages on its website - at the same time as becoming a member of British Marine.
This development is not only a testament to how Scott Bailey has developed and grown the marine area of its legal services over recent years, but also a commitment to the future.
On the Sixth Day of Christmas
Scott Bailey continued to support and sponsor many local charities and schools, to name a few highlights:
- two members of the team jumped out of an aeroplane in support of Maggie’s Southampton
- they sponsored and ran in the annual Oakhaven lymington "Santa Dash”
- they added Lymington Ladies football team and Pylewell cricket club to the list of local sports teams that they now sponsor
On the Seventh Day of Christmas
Scott Bailey's 'Women in Business' networking group has gone from strength to strength and now helps connect over a hundred professional women and businesses connect in the local area.
On the Eighth Day of Christmas
Scott Bailey sponsored and helped judge the New Forest Business Partnership 'professional services' award. It was incredibly tough to judge between 3 fantastic and highly professional local businesses, but ultimately Refresh Strategic Services narrowly pipped it.
On the Ninth Day of Christmas
The team held its inaugural Scott Bailey Bake Off, with some amazing baking efforts by 12 of the Scott Bailey team.

On the Tenth Day of Christmas
The Scott Bailey team drafted around 400 wills in 2024, helping people in our community have peace of mind and be able to plan for the future.
On the Eleventh Day of Christmas
Scott Bailey helped around 300 families, couples and individuals purchase a new home, and with the growth of their property team this year, they hope to help even more people move into their dream homes next year.
On the Twelfth Day of Christmas
We may have mentioned, the team turned their Lymington office into a giant advent calendar in time for the Lymington Christmas Lights Switch On.
This is something they acknowledge they couldn’t have done without the help of local business Sydney Fox, who managed to turn their vision into a reality on an incredibly tight timescale, so many thanks to Sydney Fox!
