As dusk falls earlier and the moon especially when full becomes more noticeable in the sky, a reminder of SenSpa's Autumn Sound Sessions designed to align with the phases of the moon, focusing on the different chakra energies of each of the autumn full moons. Also a new section called Useful Contacts, and events newly added by the Countryside Education Trust and the Lymington Society.
